Sexual Assault

In 1998, our client and his then-girlfriend attended at his cousin’s home to visit his cousin and his wife. The two couples had previously arranged to “swap” partners. The evening apparently concluded with a big fight.

In 2013, our client was charged of having raped his cousin’s wife, while his cousin allegedly held her down. However, his cousin was not charged with aiding and abetting the sexual assault of his wife.

RESULT: The charge against our client was withdrawn.
